1. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use ClosersForge to:
- Break the law, or create sales scripts that are deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against anyone, including in community posts and group chats.
- Upload recordings or personal data of real prospects or customers without the consent required by law.
- Attempt to jailbreak the AI, generate sexual, violent, hateful, or self-harm content, or produce content involving minors.
- Scrape, resell, sublicense, or redistribute our content, courses, or AI output as a competing product.
- Share accounts, bypass credit or usage limits, reverse engineer the service, or probe our security without written permission.
- Upload malware, spam, or run automated traffic that degrades the service for others.
2. Community Standards
Community rooms, leaderboards, and group challenges are moderated. Posts that violate this policy or the community rules may be removed, and repeat violations can end in suspension without refund.
3. Your Content
You keep ownership of the scripts, notes, and recordings you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process them to operate the service and generate your feedback, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. DMCA Copyright Notices
We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send notices to hello@closersforge.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The URL or location of the material on ClosersForge.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We remove or disable infringing material promptly, notify the poster, and accept counter-notices containing the equivalent information. Repeat infringers are terminated.
5. Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and remove content at our discretion. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
