Be useful, not loud.
Drop real lines, real situations, real outcomes. No vague hype, no motivational fluff.
Respect the room.
Other reps are the talent. No insults, no harassment, no slurs. Disagree on the tactic, not the person.
No spam, no DM bait.
No 'DM me my course', no funnel links, no recruiting on posts. One self-promo post per week max, in the right tag.
Protect customer data.
Never share customer names, phone numbers, addresses, payment info, or proprietary company details. Anonymize examples.
Quote reality.
If you share a script or objection, write it the way it actually happened — not the polished version.
Help before you ask.
Reply to a few posts before posting your own. Reputation here comes from being helpful, not loud.
Keep it sales.
Posts must be about selling, training, scripts, mindset, objections, or the business of sales.
AI suggestions are tools, not gospel.
Use AI to draft, but vouch for what you post. Don't paste raw AI as your answer.
