Trust & Security

Your practice data, in plain English.

This page is maintained by ClosersForge to answer the security and privacy questions we hear most from reps, sales managers, and business owners evaluating the platform. It reflects how the product actually works today — not a certification. For legal terms see the Privacy Policy and Terms.

What voice practice records

Voice sparring and voice pitch practice capture your microphone audio for the duration of a session so the AI buyer can hear you and respond. Each session produces:

  • A short-lived audio stream used to transcribe your words in real time.
  • A text transcript of both sides of the roleplay.
  • A scorecard (confidence, clarity, closing, objection handling, etc.).
  • Session metadata: timestamps, difficulty, industry, scenario ID.

How that data is stored

Transcripts and scorecards are stored in your account so you can review past reps, track improvement, and export a session PDF. They live in our managed database behind row-level security — you can only read your own sessions, and teammates only see what your team plan explicitly shares.

Raw audio is streamed to the speech-to-text service in-flight and is not persistently stored by ClosersForge after the session ends. What sticks around is the transcript and scorecard, not the recording.

Model training

We do not use your voice recordings, transcripts, or scorecards to train or fine-tune ClosersForge's AI models. Your reps are used to compute your feedback and your progress — nothing else.

Upstream AI providers (used to generate the AI buyer's speech and to transcribe yours) operate under their own no-training data-processing terms for API traffic. If a provider changes that stance we will update this page.

Access & security controls

  • All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS.
  • Authentication is handled by our managed auth provider.
  • Database access is gated by row-level security policies scoped to your user ID.
  • Payment processing runs through Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
  • Only sessions you explicitly submit to a team space are visible to your team.

ClosersForge is a startup and does not currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or PCI certifications. If your organization needs a specific compliance stance before piloting, reach out — we're happy to walk through what's in place.

Deleting your data

You can delete any individual session from your dashboard. To wipe your full account — profile, transcripts, scorecards, notebook, everything — email hello@closersforge.com from the address on your account and we will process the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once it's done.
