By creating an account or using ClosersForge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ClosersForge.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@closersforge.com of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Sparring credits and usage limits are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.
- Submit personal data of third parties without authorization.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of scripts, transcripts, and audio you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service. We may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve the product.
7. AI Output
AI-generated coaching, scoring, and rebuttals are provided for training purposes only and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use AI output in real sales conversations.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, lessons, and curated content, is owned by ClosersForge and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SALES RESULTS OR INCOME OUTCOMES.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOSERSFORGE'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
