ClosersForge ("we", "us", "our") provides AI sales training tools at closersforge.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using ClosersForge, you agree to this policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, and authentication provider IDs.
- Usage data: sparring sessions, transcripts, scripts, objections, and progression metrics you create in the app.
- Voice data: audio you upload for voice practice (processed and discarded after analysis).
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, and standard server logs.
3. How We Use It
- Operate, maintain, and improve the service.
- Generate AI coaching, scoring, and feedback on your inputs.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Send transactional email (account, billing, support replies).
- Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
4. Sharing
We share data only with vetted subprocessors that power the platform: cloud hosting, database, AI model providers, payment processing, and email delivery. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@closersforge.com. We honor verified requests within 30 days. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have additional statutory rights.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to hello@closersforge.com.
8. Children
ClosersForge is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
