The 30-Day Free AI Sales Gym Challenge — Compress a Year of Reps Before June 1
The math behind the challenge
10 scored reps a day × 30 days = 300 reps in a month.
Most live reps run ~6 real conversations a day where they could meaningfully practice an objection. That's 180 in a month — but only ~12 with the same objection drilled to mastery.
This challenge gives you 300 reps with deliberate, scored repetition on your top weaknesses. By June 1, you'll have compressed roughly a year of unconscious learning into 30 days of conscious training.

Week 1: Diagnose
Day 1: Run 10 sparring reps in your primary vertical. Don't try to win — just play yourself. Note your Closer IQ score.
Day 2: Look at the scorecard. The system flagged your 3 weakest skills. Write them down.
Day 3–5: Run 10 reps daily, all targeted at weakness #1.
Day 6–7: Run 10 reps daily on weakness #2.
By day 7, your IQ should be up 8–14 points.
Week 2: Pattern-lock
Day 8–10: Drill the exact buyer line that beat you most often. Re-spar until you've got 3 working responses.
Day 11–14: Run "ladder reps" — same objection, escalating difficulty, until you hit Hard with a 90+ score.
Verticals with the steepest week-2 lift in our data:
- DFW permanent lighting — +22 IQ avg
- Solar D2D — +19 IQ avg
- Medicare Advantage — +18 IQ avg
- Commercial solar — +17 IQ avg
- DFW HVAC — +16 IQ avg
- Dental implants — +16 IQ avg
Week 3: Cross-train
Day 15–17: Switch verticals. Run 10 reps in a vertical you don't sell. Why — it forces you to focus on frame + tonality, not script memory.
Day 18–21: Run 10 reps daily of pure objection sparring across categories: price, spouse, think-about-it, no-money, lowball, second-opinion.
By day 21, your transferable skill ceiling lifts.
Week 4: Pressure-test
Day 22–25: Voice-mode only. Run 10 voice practice reps daily. Tonality scores will lag IQ — that's normal. Push them.
Day 26–28: Multi-stakeholder reps. Spar a deal where you have to handle 2–3 personas in one call.
Day 29: Run a "final exam" — 10 hardest-difficulty reps in your primary vertical.
Day 30: Compare your day-1 IQ to your day-30 IQ. Most reps see +35 to +60 points.
