Global Sales Mode: AI Sales Training in 13 Languages

6 min readThe ClosersForge Team🧠 Mindset & Performance Save as PDF

Sales training has been English-only for too long

Most "global" sales training is just English content with subtitles. Global Sales Mode changes that. ClosersForge runs AI roleplay, generated scripts, follow-ups, coaching feedback, and personalized courses in 13 languages — with localized dialect, formality, and cultural adaptation on top.

What Global Sales Mode includes

  • AI buyer roleplay in your target language
  • Generated sales scripts in your target language
  • Follow-up message generation in your target language
  • Coaching feedback in your preferred language (independent from practice)
  • Personalized course lessons in your target language
  • Per-output translate and translate-improve buttons
  • Per-session language overrides
  • Localized dialect, region, formality, and cultural adaptation

The 13 supported languages

Fully native:

  • English
  • Spanish (neutral Latin American by default; Mexican, Caribbean, Spain dialects available)

Beta with safe fallback:

  • French (Parisian and Quebecois)
  • Portuguese (Brazilian and European)
  • German
  • Italian
  • Dutch
  • Arabic (with full RTL layout support)
  • Hindi
  • Japanese
  • Korean
  • Chinese (Simplified)
  • Tagalog

Beta languages use AI translation where static UI translations are missing and fall back to English when uncertain — always labeled with a beta badge so you know.

How to turn it on

In your profile:

1. Set app language — what you want the interface in.

2. Set AI coaching language — what feedback comes back in.

3. Set practice language — what the AI buyer speaks.

4. Optional: set dialect, formality, and cultural adaptation.

These three are independent. Most US bilingual reps run app + coaching in English with practice in Spanish.

What's different per feature

RTL languages get full layout support

Switch to Arabic and the entire layout flips to right-to-left automatically — nav, cards, scorecards, chat bubbles. Numbers and prices stay readable.

Ethical localization, not stereotyping

The AI is instructed to use respectful, ethical, culturally aware sales language. It adapts cadence, formality, and pacing — not stereotypes. Read Localized Sales Training for how this works under the hood.

FAQ

Which languages are fully translated vs beta?

English and Spanish are fully native. The other 11 are beta with safe English fallback and AI translation for missing keys.

Will my generated scripts and follow-ups be native-quality in beta languages?

AI generation in beta languages is generally strong because the underlying model is multilingual. Static UI strings are where beta languages still fall back to English in places.

Can I switch language for one session without changing my defaults?

Yes — every AI feature has a per-session language override.

Does Arabic actually flip the whole UI?

Yes — full RTL layout including nav, cards, scorecards, and chat bubbles.

How do I report a translation issue or request a new language?

Open the beta page and submit. We prioritize the languages with the most requests.

Drill the objections from this article

Each one opens an AI sparring drill pre-loaded with the rebuttal — plus the full weak / strong / elite breakdown.

💰Too expensive

"Your competitor is way cheaper."

They're shopping price because no one has shown them what they're actually buying.

🚪Not interested

"I'm not interested."

Usually said before they understand what you actually do. It's a reflex, not a decision.

Bad timing

"Now's not a good time."

There's no perfect time. 'Later' usually means 'never' unless you make the cost of waiting visible.
