The principle. Match the buyer's energy — don't impose yours. Each persona reads body language through a different filter.
Bull buyers (dominant, fast).
- Strong eye contact, square stance.
- No fidgeting, no over-explaining gestures.
- Speak with hands at chest height — confidence zone.
- They want to feel you can take the heat.
Owl buyers (analytical, careful).
- Softer eye contact, more frequent breaks.
- Slow, deliberate gestures — never rushed.
- Lean back slightly when they think; don't fill the silence.
- They want to feel you respect their process.
Lamb buyers (cautious, harmony-seeking).
- Gentle facial expression, lots of soft smiles.
- Open palms, never pointing.
- Slight body angle 15–20° off square — square reads as pressure.
- They want to feel safe, not sold.
Tiger buyers (visionary, energetic).
- Match the energy — bigger gestures, brighter face.
- Lean in when they paint the vision.
- Fast nods, expressive eyebrows.
- They want a partner, not a presenter.
